What is included in Codenix Proxy?
We provide residential and mobile IPs with country and city targeting, HTTP & SOCKS5 endpoints, sticky sessions up to 30 minutes, per-request rotation, and analytics in the dashboard and API.
Do you offer sticky sessions?
Yes. Choose a session parameter to keep the same exit IP for up to 30 minutes, or let us rotate every request for higher success rates.
How do I authenticate?
Use username/password credentials or IP whitelisting. Both methods work for HTTP and SOCKS5. You can manage keys and whitelisted IPs in the dashboard or via API.
Where are your proxies located?
We maintain coverage in 190+ GEOs. City-level targeting is available in major markets; if you need a specific location, contact support to confirm availability.
Are threads or concurrency limited?
No hard limits. We encourage you to pace requests to match target sites; the dashboard shows live success and block rates so you can tune throughput.
Do you replace blocked or slow IPs?
Yes. We continuously score IP reputation and recycle anything that shows elevated block rates or latency to keep the pool clean.
Can I test before paying?
New accounts include a free allotment of requests. You can cancel anytime; no long-term contracts are required.
What kind of support do you provide?
Email support is included for all plans. Higher usage gets access to a dedicated success engineer and tuned routing rules for your workloads.
Do you log my traffic?
We log minimal metadata (timestamp, success/error codes, bandwidth) for performance and abuse prevention. We do not store destination URLs or payloads.
Is there an API?
Yes. Manage users, rotation policies, API keys, whitelisted IPs, and usage stats programmatically. The REST API mirrors the dashboard capabilities.
How is billing handled?
Usage-based at $10 per GB with 5M free requests monthly. Billing periods are monthly; we’ll alert you as you approach custom thresholds.
Do you allow all traffic types?
No. We prohibit spam, credential stuffing, or anything that violates target site terms or applicable law. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details.
